I’m sorry that’s the case. I have similar things in my life too. If it’s possible cutting it off worked for me .

Thankfully i live in a different city now (and have for a few years) so the only way he can get in touch with me is via phone. And even then i minimize contact as much as i possibly can. For the sake of my mom i dont want to cut ties entirely
