You're right. I couldn't go up in a balloon, I'm vertigo-stricken. But I can go up by mentally descending to alpha level. I've done it. But dreams aren't always pleasant. Maybe you're going up and suddenly you fall. I just arrived from my excursion and visited this wonderful Romanesque hermitage😘
