the fact that the attorney general completely invented a piece of smoking-gun evidence that she now can't produce and acknowledges does not exist should be hugely damaging and something the opposition can work with...but you don't need to also pretend the evidence existed to do that.
but again, having said all this, it's very funny that they keep doing the equivalent of putting not just Allen Dulles, but also Sam Giancana, on the Warren Commission.
That raises the Courts' & Bar associations' giant failures: they have tolerated lawyers' public statements that are completely different in Court. The public rarely hears what's said in Court. It's the disconnect between trump losing 5 dozen lawsuits and election denial. Ethics discipline needed.
