The EU have a say too. We need to meet the Copenhagen criteria and assure the EU that there's little chance of re-brexit. Oh and dodge the likely veto from Orban. Simples

I think we will meet Copenhagen rules but are unlikely to receive previous terms. Why do you think Orban will veto?

Agree the previous terms have gone. Arguably the economic parts of the criteria may be a problem and the HoL too. I confess Orban maybe a judgement but I think he might do what Putin wants. Fico is another who could veto (if he's still around). Gibraltar might come into play if Spain pushes.
