Possibly yes he's pumped up with drugs but the MF shows up at these rallies and speaks for 1hr or more.

A bad diet is enough, but I'm more thinking of his age, his diet, AND his cognitive decline. He's rich and I'm sure that's bought him time but he's old as dirt and in poor health.

All I know is hes capable of holding these stupid MAGA rallies and bloviate for over an hour while standing. I never smoked a day in my life,I was a good athlete as well, I'm 63, I ate well and exercised, I have serious stomach problems & back pains. I couldn't stand for 10min at a podium
