No, but the entire raison d'etre for having a comments section on Sky is to manifest the kind of ugliness that makes it hard for even incremental social progress to take place. The point is that the commenters advertise their shitty moral characters.

Spoke about this in my regular newspapers segment on News Breakfast. I don't really get nerves doing TV anymore but it's difficult even after coming out many years ago to talk about what it is like on TV.

Yeah, there's this environment where, if you're gay or bisexual and you're in a sort of hypermasculine environment, and all these jokes are thrown around, you do have this weight on you that feels like you can't be yourself. I think what a lot of people don't realise is that, when you come out, you spend your whole life coming out. Even though Mitch has done this - I'm sure he's come out to his family and friends before - every time you go to a new workplace, are in a new social situation, you're coming out and risking how people are going to react to that. I think that it's very important that we see role models like this coming out and making it safer for everyone else to be themselves and feeling comfortable in who they are.

And the people making the shitty comments are also the ones that cry about men’s rights and men’s suicide rates. Completing disregarding the narrow parameters that define what masculinity is, as per the patriarchy.
