it's just crazy that Z-A will be $60 for switch 1, $70 for switch 2. You are taxing individuals that already invested in your new, more expensive, hardware. But the answer is always that they do it because people will pay. Or you can buy the switch 1 version and choose not to buy the $10 upgrade.

It's like the Nathan For You where he convinces people to pay extra for a massage that isn't given by a masseuse with "contagious warts". The Switch 1 version will give you warts. And that's not just a fun nickname for Wartortle.

What's weird to me is this stuff has been happening for 5 years and people are only now seeing it. Never mind how long Steam players paid $10 less for a game than on console until one day they didn't for no reason.

Im gettin the $99 voucher, I know its giving them more now, but I am spending less over time. A $60-70 game is really $64-74 after taxes here. I get the Switch 1 version for $50 buy the upgrade separately for $10 so I spend like $62, saving close to $15. Then repeat that with my remaining voucher.

Which I get is ridiculous to have to go through this maze in order to afford/save any money. Even grocery stores are just as insane if you go to like a Safeway. You can buy 5 12-pks of Coke and it’s technically like $2.20 per pack with the coupon or its $6.50 per 12-pk if you buy under 5 of them.
