But for real, you say “that’s something up with which I will not put”? Or “down he’s going for this crime”? I understand that these are phrasal, but people who “enforce” this “rule” tend not to distinguish. And when people police these things, it’s usually just to put others down (!).
Nobody says those things. I have ended sentences with prepositions for specific reasons. It's really not a big deal.
Then never move to Minnesota (lived there for years). Are you coming with?
Aw, i love Minnesota. Grew up outside of Chicago, stepmother was a teacher so it was a family joke.
