Yeah, one person cant just jump in. But small groups could be in hotspots and have masks ready and "interfere".

This is happening already but more needs to happen I also think we need to have some kind of central repository for any of these films - somebody who is compiling all of them to show that these are not isolated incidents. These are deliberate strategies. Is there a congressman who would do that?
