RFK Jr with more scientifically illiterate ramblings: The vaccine confers life long immunity to 95-98% of people who get 2 doses. Breast milk does NOT provide reliable protection to infants, regardless of mother’s immunity (infection vs vaccine).

Call Sen Cassidy MD, Senate Chair of Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee. He cast the deciding vote for RFK Jr. (202)224-5824 Hold him accountable for his decision & also tell him to vote “NO” on Weldon for CDC Dir & “NO” on Battachyra for NIH Dir (both are anti-vax).

Wtf… I had measles when I was little. Got them again years later in teacher’s college. Should have been immune!?!Breast fed my daughter. She was immunized at age 12 months. She got a roaring case of measles 3 months later. She got boosted at age 5. Got another case of measles a few days later.

Weird stuff happens sometimes. Breast feeding didn’t stop her from getting measles. She probably is in the 2-5% who didn’t gain immunity. Now that she is of childbearing age, I pray she has immunity otherwise her potential unborn child could be severely impacted when exposed. Could be devastating!

May I have the strength to continue speaking to ill-informed patients who follow agendas that damage public health. Because a large part of me fights an urge to start speaking word salad at them & conclude with: "all-rightee so that wraps it up and you have a blessed day" & just walk out of the room
