For 20 years, I was told "well you really should be on 177.5s but 175s will do since they're easier to find." Now I'm looking at my first new bike in a long time, and factory build specs max out at 172.5. I feel like the world's gone topsy turvy

My bike fitter suggested 160 and I’m 6’2” but old 105 cranks are cheap so I figured I’d start with an option that’s a bit more available
I'm not opposed to change if new data/research provudes uodated recommendations, but man... Lennard Zinn must be rolling in his grave.
