In not at all surprising news: Portland council calendars show the city's six more progressive councilors are meeting regularly twice a month. Rumor has it this group is called the P-Cauc (I am definitely spelling this wrong?) -- for progressive caucus.

Lol, that's the definition of a caucus, literally: people committed to bridging their differences and playing well with each other to get shit done. Or are you asking why they don't play well with PMAR and PBA and maintainers of the status quo?
