I fully support this. Not only are they pre occupied with removing trash so they aren’t brutalizing DC citizens, BUT ALSO this has to be terrible for morale.

I pick up other people’s trash all day, every day. I clean bathrooms that they intentionally trash (including pissing and shitting on floors, walls, toilet seats, etc). It IS demoralizing when you realize how much people look down on you for cleaning up their filth.
