It’ll take quite a few games before he gets the mindset to do so especially after all those injuries …I am still one of the rare ones who think we need to be patient with this guy.

Well to me , he's must be 100% ready mentally and physically from game 1 , not game 10... Otherwise let him sit..

Unfortunately, that won’t happen. No way he is 100% ready mentally for game one again patience is required in this situation…I’m up north. I’m gonna go fishing soon. That’s great for developing patience 😉

I’m always wary of a player performing really well “only” when it counts for him… not saying this is the case, far from it. He was not in good shape last year, perhaps overconfident, but I think Habs management have addressed that with him. I still have hopes, he’s got the tools!
