Canada has a lot of good Indian food, there is a huge diaspora here. I’m spoiled to live in a city (Edmonton) with several all veg dosa options within delivery range.

Vancouver is the only place where I have found restaurants serving the incredibly specific cuisine of "Gujarati Shia Muslim diaspora in East Africa"

Very cool, I’m not sure I’ve had that before but I’ve eaten some amazing food in Vancouver. It’s a pretty great food city.
