Good choices all around! There was a summer that I lived in California and was in charge of gardening, and we grew approximately 3000 zucchinis which I am not a huge fan of, so I got very into zucchini bakes goods. (Zucchini brownies are delicious!) My mom loves almond croissant.
That sounds like the approximate yield from any zucchini plant, it wasn't your fault! Intrigued by the brownie idea,🤔 Much bigger fan of zucchini baked goods than dishes that highlight the essence of zucchini. Plus, baking turns fat, sugar, and flour into a vegetable side 😉
Yeah it was hilarious how much more zucchini there was than anything else! www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/zucc... but instead of this frosting I like chocolate ganache with a salted caramel swirl I love savory/spicy vegetables, but never mad about extra veggies in my sweets!
