I take basically any excuse to brown butter! That sounds so yummy; dill and garlic are two of my favorite flavors. I don't make savory bakes super often but I'm interested in experimenting with them.

I used to make a spinach and feta one, which I like even better, but I could not get it through their heads that because of the spinach, they can't sit out at room temperature. The thought of making someone sick horrifies me.
Their? Yeah that sounds like a risk. Shame though, spinach is delicious!
Yeah, I'd come in the next day and there would be day old bakery sitting out overnight. Including the spinach ones. Ugh. Even after the health department told them it was a problem. People keep requesting them, though.

Oh, I bake them at work- talked to my boss about it, left notes for the morning crew, etc, but they still leave them out
