Even though the 9th circuit today affirmed Judge Chen’s ruling from March barring Trump from ending TPS for 600,000 Venezuelans, because of the Supreme Court’s emergency order in May, the government can still proceed as though nothing happened. Now SCOTUS will have to decide on the merits:

The Trump administration has taken the attitude that they don't have to obey any rulings by a court other than the supreme court. That's what fascists do when they think they are in control.
