China’s space programme gets zero coverage in the media, but it has a basic manned space station (much like how the ISS started out), is developing a space plane, has 4 or 5 space ports, uses orbital cargo ships, has a number of heavy launch vehicles etc. They’re doing a bit better than Musk.
