tow truck driver sideswiped me, & when the cop showed up he & the tow truck driver were homies so the cop told me I couldn’t prove he did it & when I politely pointed out that the tow truck driver admitted it, he said “you know I can arrest you for standing in the middle of the street, right” 😒😒😒
