There's crime in every city or town. As long as people are forced to have to fight just to stay alive there will always be crime. Make life livable and something people can enjoy rather than endure and crime will all but vanish.

We visited Nice, Fr just after the terrorist attack. They deployed their military to patrol the Promenade, Airport and other strategic areas of the city. We totally understood the need for France to do this. But deploying the NG in DC to deflect from Trump's inclusion in the Epstein files is nuts.
