From that angle, the Aussie just looks like a full blue merle Border Collie. Flek has some blue merle in the family, and some of his siblings had one blue eye. Here is his "yes, I've been a bad dog" pose.

I’ve long wondered the breed of my rescue pup. Mom looked like an Australian Shepard or Kelpie with brownish/red fur. Dad a mystery- maybe Aussie, maybe BC? 🐾

Head definitely has a bit of springer spaniel look. Ears are not as exaggerated, but from what I can see in the photo have the flop.
