Because a shocking portion of the american population are cartoonishly evil. Full stop. There's no need to rationalize or excuse it, it's time we acknowledge that over half this country are varying levels of white supremacist jackass.

Not one of those people believed he would "fix the economy" or "lower egg prices" not a single one. While the average american especially THAT half are barely capable of object permanence they remember things were sliding downward in his first go around. They Knew. This was all a new holocaust.

I'll make it even more plain. If ole Adolf were american, we'd have statues of him, everywhere. Why do I know this? Because the Confederacy which was every bit as evil, if not more so is glorified by a huge portion of this failure of an experiment in democracy.
