It was rough when Sean was looking for work last year. Straight up the kind of work he does is for places that probably dont even post their open positions online and usually exist in one particular city district. I used Google maps to find businesses to apply to directly

it's demoralizing and I completely understand why after awhile people just mentally check out. I'm glad it worked out for him and honestly thankful for both of your sakes

I'd need to find more fingers to count how many times I've had interviews or applications that take over an hour to do, and then have to do another one, only to be told "we're not offering any positions at this time actually, sorry"

It only ended up working out for us cause my mom's best friend's son wanted to hire another warehouse guy. Sean is extremely qualified for the work and couldn't get a call back, every listing had 1000s of applicants in hours!
