Not clear if by desecration he is referring to the entire flag code, but that code also bans wearing the flag on clothing or using it in advertising.

He probably knows, I think this is another example of them coming up with extremely thin or outright absurd pretexts/theories for orders/filings and then saying what they really mean in public because they know the Supreme Court will pretend they didn’t. bsky.app/profile/jare...
