It doesn't even need to be rebuilt. It was jingoistic white nationalist grift from its inception post 9/11 and has always operated like an extrajudicial gestapo....ICE just mostly targeted marginalized people, so many were willing to give plausible deniability to their militarized security theatre.

Ya.... unfortunately that statement probably applies to half the US population and is a much bigger problem, and likely one that is coming sooner than any potential ICE abolishment or immigration overhaul.

Sure but not before we find work for all the people who have been fired & laid off & let go. We have lots of public infrastructure projects that need doing WPA style, but ICE bros are not hard workers-look how they're meeting Trump's quotas. They need make do that involves dress up, and domination.
