Add in climate change. No snow peas for me this year (very warm winter followed by hard freeze) but tomatoes in April/May. Aphids showed up earlier than usual. Lettuce great now but triple digit temps in forecast week. It’s gonna get real. Bean sprouts via kitchen counter jar, anyone?
