You can get it now if you've had shingles! Especially if you've had more than one outbreak. Getting covid in 2020 likely triggered recurring shingles outbreaks in me, in my late 30s. Haven't had one since getting vaccine.

It may depend on where you’re located for when you’re eligible for it. I haven’t asked in a few years! Just wanted to say 😢 about the multiple shingles infections post-COVID. I’m so sorry. Glad to hear the vaccine helped!
