How do we turn this shit off. Once one party starts making new rules it creates a downward spiral. The Senate used to hold the high ground on this crap. Now there are no guardrails.

These aren't "new rules" it's literally how distracting works and has worked like this for like 200 years.. Gerrymandering isn't new and if you think it is it just shows how little you've paid attention

When in history has a State elected to redraw district lines out of a new census period and specifically to affect an off year House election? If this is the norm States would redraw districts every other year.
