appealed to supreme Court. in the real world this would be affirmed w/o a hearing - but who knows now. but it would be a horrible hit for the supreme Court to overrule the appeal court AND overrule the ruling by the specialist trade court/Commission or whatever body that made the initial ruling

And our kangaroo conservative supremes just blithely make a rule with no comment. SO out of order and partisanly incompetent. Can't wait to undo their damage AND stack the court with competent judges who actually want to support our constitution rather than the orange malfeasance.
