Older people don't regulate temperature the same way as those of us who are younger do.

I am 78, and when I'm 80, I don't bundle up. We feel heat more when it's hot and cold more when it's cold maybe.

Everyone's different. This summer, during the hottest days, my mom's thermostat was set to 78, but she'd turn it up to kick off the a/c because she was chilled. I'd walk into her house, and it was 80 degrees without even the furnace fan running. It was unpleasant for me. She was comfortable.

Maybe Trump is cold in The Beast, so he wears a jacket for the trip. No point in not wearing it for the few steps between the White House and the car.

Nothing to do with the layers (not too unusual for a man his age) but I think he has had a bad fall. I’m willing to bet on it. I also think the big hat from yesterday and the lack of the long hair protruding from under the one today indicate a possible short haircut to work on a possible wound.

Yes, just posted this to a geriatric nurse friend, because this is something to consider.

Just like when he had COVID in '20.

There is a suggestion of an injury to his nose (face planted??) so he would need to mouth-breathe if so. But gulping for air and looking like something the cat spat out is also consistent with heart failure. Or both ( a girl can dream)

Heart problems. Watched my mom go through Congestive Heart Failure. There were times she felt too warm or too cold. Fluid retention made the extremes worse.

My honest guess. He's probably just not well - maybe a virus. He doesn't want to appear weak so he's just hiding from the public until he's better. No conspiracy needed to explain the most likely reason.
