I don’t understand why we can’t get the world courts to rule these horrid prisons (Florida, Salvador, etc.) as human rights violations. That seems like our last, best solution to this problem. No one else, including our court system, will step in to stop this.
NO ONE is coming to save the US from itself. You have to rise up and fix this yourselves. Take to the streets while you still can.
The US isn't a party to the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction. El Salvador is though.
I feel the USA must do whatever it takes. Get millions, and I mean millions, so there is no way they could detain them all, of people that would all get together and protest and not leave until something is done. I may be naive, but I can't stand what is happening in your country. 🥺
