He is unable to admit he has done wrong. He’s admitted that. He has said he’s done nothing to apologize for. He may admit it on death bed but if it’s just because he’s afraid, is that enough? Doesn’t it have to be SINCERE? Doesn’t he have to repent all the terrible things he’s doing and has done?

Fortunately, that's not my decision. The thief on the cross changed his mind and, AFAIK, was saved even though he too was just hours from death, with all the feelings that brings.

I don’t think narcissistic sociopaths can admit they’re wrong. Ever. Even on his death bed…I don’t think he has the capacity to feel guilt, regret or shame.

I believe that myself but, then, I realize something more. Narcissism is a mental deviation from birth. Does that play into it? Is it his fault he is evil? Then, if not, if it was no more his choice than the choice of birth deformity, Downs Syndrome, etc., does a malignant narcissist go to Hell?

I want to believe Hell is his afterlife, but since m. narcissism can't be cured or well controlled, bits of uncertainty gnaw at me. Or was he birthed from a realm humans don't come from? Evil begets evil begets evil, making him unhuman? At what point do we overlook personality disorders?

He deserves Hell for his despicable existence, but I have to believe, on some level, that he was never a flawed human but an embodiment of evil that we wrapped in the terminology of Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder in order to consider him human at all. He was a Hell being from the start.

I suggest you read Ezekiel 28. Who is Ezekiel writing about? The King of Tyre, or someone else?

My understanding is that it forms later, with the first traits being visible from 7-8 sometimes, but more developing during teenage and early 20's.

He is incapable of sincerity. He lives in a delusional world constructed of lies and bullshit.
