Being a police officer is one of the toughest and riskiest jobs. A police officer's life is literally on the line every single day. We should always back the blue. But that doesn't mean we should allow them to kill people indiscriminately whenever they feel a tiny bit of threat while on the job.

The are some (small percentage) of good LOEs. The ones we see on TV shows: SWAT, Blue Bloods, Chicago PD, and Law & Order. 🤭
So, we should not always back the blue! I have several police officer friends. That does not mean we need to back corruption. We are seeing rampant corruption now, and a blurring of lines. We sadly cannot put them into one pot of "good cop" anymore. POV.

Always backing the blue to do the right thing. Not for murdering people. If your dog bites your relatives once or twice, it doesn't mean you have to euthanize it. If it does regularly, then yes, call Kristi Noem.
Whenever I read comments about backing the blue I remember how police responded at Uvalde. How many teachers died in school shootings? No reserved parking spots for teachers like the “heroes” in uniform. Nah. Teachers are punk AF. They run toward gunfire when police hide behind their larping gear.
Always back teachers. Let the blue take care of their own - like they always do.
Today? The vast majority of cops spend their entire shift scared of their shadow. Why do you think so many shoot unarmed people? They THOUGHT person had something dangerous and they had to go home and they were scared for their lives and... Every. Single. Time.
