MAGAts are too dumb to understand global affairs. They think the USA gives charity to the whole world. They don't know and will never understand that the USA is just protecting its own interests through those so-called "foreign aid" packages.

Trump has supercharged everything, of course, but the seeds were planted by previous administrations. The US has never been a charity and (like many countries) has always acted in its own interests. Previous governments had the decency to be a little less brazen about it.
