Splitting them apart and licking the icing is fun, but you can do that perfectly well with a cameo cream. And it'll taste better.

Yup, Cameos all the way. I'm with @zaichishka.bsky.social, to me Oreos taste of.dust and disappointment. Maybe with a sprinkle of sadness (that I'm not eating something better).

Oh wow this just reminded me that I used to eat cameo creams years ago in the US. Vanilla. I loved them. I think they were in Nabisco Assorted Biscuits.
