Well the US won’t get it as much as they have insulted Africa as a shit hole country. And have banned people from African nations from coming into the US. And insulted their leader by saying he spoke English well and who taught him! Forget this idea! US carries no weight anymore.

US has abrogated it's influence in Africa by stopping USAID - probably the biggest soft power influence it had. Putin will now take over, almost like Trump wanted it that way
