It is unconstitutional, but unfortunately the Constitution doesn’t have its own law enforcement. Upholding it depends on DOJ.

Yes! People need to wake up. He will soon be done losing in court, will rally the base on how it’s crazy to run a country like this when his ideas are trampled by a radical left wing court, declare that the judiciary does not have jurisdiction over POTUS orders, and who’s going to stop that?!?
