We do not have a democracy - I’m not sure about the exact moment it went out the window but I know it’s gone. Hopefully not forever b/c I’m too old to get the hell out of here.

That moment would have been when SCOTUS came out with the immunity ruling. Democracy cannot exist if all men are not equal under the law. That ruling retroactively aborted this nation at its inception. We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal… not no more.

Or when they reversed Colorado’s ruling to not put him on the ballot.
