if you have a hotspot try plugging your phone into your pc and turning it on, i was able to do Ethernet over usb with my phone and it saved me for a bit

It connected to my hotspot near instantly which is good, I'll see how long I can roll with that I think it might specifically be an issue with my router for this one which wouldn't be surprising, seems like the one thing my family can't get right is internet providers
