The idea that doctors would have time to talk about nutrition seems pretty silly to me. I hired a dietitian this year and the appointments were each an hour long.
And (because we know his idea of science and evidence-medicine is influencers and magical thinking), the content he would require would be insane.
My unpopular take: Most do need more nutritional training. But that isn’t the looming evil with our healthcare system.
I suppose he wants them to recommend lard and lots of red meat
