Yep. Similar stories from Titanic as well. Kate Winslet wouldn't work with him for a full 25 years afterward, only returning in 2022 with The Way of Water.

I think directors like Cameron & Tarantino did for film what Gordon Ramsay did for the hospitality industry - normalising abusive behaviour as a necessity for perfection. I'm just tired of the "abusive genius" trope.
