My guess would be because the rest of the world has better public transit? 🤷♂️ So having transit just for schools is weird to them because the normal public transit already accommodates it?

Again tho: why would the entire movie, film, videogame, and advertisement industries agree upon this fictional thing? That's more absurd than school transit. Has nobody in Europe seen a modern documentary about America and just seen one in the bg?

I had british friends in college who were amazed that red solo cups are real. Maybe our whole deal is just a fairy tale to them. 🤷♂️
