I must be very old and out of the loop on cultural references, because I don't know who's in that photo, or what it "means" in this context. Anyone?

It is a surveillance photo of the guy who shot two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses on Friday night -- BTW, he voted for trump and is anti-abortion and left a list of other Minnesota lawmakers and others whom he wanted to kill. Allegedly religious and did it to be "rewarded"

Ok thank you, I wasn't sure if it was that murderer or not (I asked about context in case the photo was from a movie or something; I did know Lee's post was about the shootings in Minnesota).
