You’d be surprised how much the rest of the world knew in 2015 about him being a compulsive liar - compared to a sizeable chunk of the US population. The only thing that has changed is the return of US apathy towards his brazen gaslighting.

I’m not surprised and sadly you are correct about the apathy being the real reason and problem. We’ve had it too easy for too long and have taken it as a right instead of a privilege that requires work to maintain.
