This would be unbelievable in a time when Trump didn't exist. My first reaction to this: the U.S. betrays Ukraine again. The first betrayal was hosting Putin on American soil. At Trump's direction, the U.S. is extending a warm hand to Belarus and smacking Ukraine in the face at the same time. Shame.
