I was debating opening up my HasCon Magic commemorative set to pop Grimlock in a deck, but after looking at the recent sale prices, I'm inclined to keep him in the box a while longer.

Yup it was HasCon. Kicking myself now for not buying the cards when I had the chance, but at least I have the Grimlock art on a playmat.

I missed the playmats! This was my first con experience, and I was a guest of an employee, so I wasn't sure what stuff I'd find. I didn't pick up a crazy amount of stuff there, but I remember hitting the Toy Vault before heading north for home.

This came in a special three-pack at HasCon (possibly SDCC?) in 2017. It was Grimlock, a Nerf card, and a D&D card.

I had no idea before today! I figured they weren't that intense, but mine has been sitting boxed since I got home from Providence eight years ago.
