Yes. This is the first time I've had this type of problem in my ~2 years of owning a Fitbit. Somebody went on vacation and left the less experienced folks in charge?

Same. I’ve had mine since 2017 and NEVER had this issue before. Logged out as thought it would solve it, now can’t get back in!

SAME!! I deleted and reloaded the app after having all the syncing issues and now I’m locked out. So good to know it’s not just me.
