Look for the good people in your life! They can help. Also, I was drowning in all the bad news, cruelty, and hate coming from our leadership and their cult following. I switched to a dumb phone so I can tune in on my terms. It is a constant barrage, but we can sidestep the stream sometimes.

Find small ways to resist. Post here. Perhaps join Indivisible or a group holding protests near you. Be sure to register to vote and get like-minded friends to do so. We need to resist.

I've voted in every eligible election since I turned 18. I plan to get intimately involved in primaries if any progressive candidates in my area run. Gonna be sure my housemates do so as well. I can't stand very well tho because I'm outa shape and me and gf am concerned about running from the cops.
