You are right. If convicted, he should go to prison or be deported. To his home country. But, he should have a fair hearing.
Stop it. He should not go to prison or be deported, the obviously manufactured charges against him are unjust and need to be thrown out immediately. The only crimes were committed by this administration and they are the ones that need to go to prison, not him.

No. The idea that false charges "must be dealt with" is not justice. You don't bring a person to trial on false charges. The courts previously ruled t he could stay in the US because he could face real danger of violence if shipped back to his home country. Safety needs to come before xenophobia.
I agree safely comes first. But, Noem and tRump have shite on the face because of his illegal deportation. Now, he has new oh-so-convient charges. A court is allowing things to proceed. We will see if tRump has control of this court.
We need to clearly state that the prosecution of Abrego Garcia is completely unjust and needs to be dropped immediately. We cannot suggest there is anything even remotely ok about forcing him to face trial over obviously false accusations. Any court that allows this to proceed is corrupt.
Yes, we both know the new charges are "tRumped up " But, the system has to work. The charges have to be proved false so he can go back to being ordinary
If an innocent person is put on trial over obviously made up charges then the system is not working. We already know the charges are false, putting him on trial for them would be a grave injustice. Not all judges are good, injustices happen in court all the time, we can't allow injustice.
